Bad bad speriance about a week after buying the car the battery died Took it to the dealer they replaced it a week later star making noise on the suspension I took it to dealer it took 2 week to get if fixed finally they fixed part of the problem 2 day after pick up the truck start making noise on right side suspension I call dealer they told me to bring back it Sat there for 2 weeks they say they didn't hear any noise they didn't fix the problem now im stuck with truck making noise

We were waited on very poorly. Sales kid was jumping between 3 sales with no help. No one went over any of the features of the truck with us. Very unprofessional all the way around. The sales person texted me how and what to answer on the survey. I wasn't going to respond to this survey however I keep getting it.

I worked with Kelly and she was helpful and kept me informed about my car.

Todd in service continues to be amazing. He is helpful, quick to respond, and good at explaining next steps.

Bill was the guy I worked with, and he is top notch. Extremely responsive through every step of a prolonged GMC custom truck build which ended up taking almost 9 months. The long delay may have soured me on GMC if it wasn't for Bill going above and beyond at every step in the process. He is excellent, and by far the best I have ever worked with in the vehicle industry. I don't know what he's being paid, but this man deserves a raise!

I’ll never go there again. Pathetic customer service, incompetent employees. They lost my oil pan cover and won’t replace it.
